§ 2.12.1054. Airport advisory board—Membership—Appointment—Terms.

(a)

The airport advisory board shall consist of not to exceed thirteen members. Seven members shall be appointed by the governing body of the city. Five members may be nominated by the board of county commissioners of Sedgwick County and appointed by the city council. The chairman of the regional economic area partnership shall serve ex officio with full power to vote and participate.

(b)

The terms of office shall be as set forth in Section 2.12.020(1).

(c)

The members shall receive no compensation for their services, but may be reimbursed for all necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties as members of such board.
