§ 2.12.360. Same—Meetings, organization, staff support.

The board of park commissioners shall meet at least once each month. The board shall conduct meetings, elect officers, and adopt by-laws in accordance with the policy for boards and commissions. The director of park and recreation shall provide the necessary staff support to insure that the board receives informational support and professional and technical assistance necessary to carry on its duties and conduct its meetings.
