§ 2.12.376. Limitation of power and authority previously granted to board of park commissioners.

From and after 12:01 a.m. on November 1, 1975, all power and authority previously granted to the board of park commissioners over airports shall terminate and the board shall have and exercise no further authority or control over airports.
