§ 2.12.600. Same—Limitations.

The board shall not have the authority to reopen a case once a decision has become final, unless an error in the proceedings has been found within two years from the date on which the board issued its decision.

In the event a rehearing is held under the terms of this provision, notice of hearing shall be given in the same manner as required for the original hearing, and a public hearing shall be held in accordance with the procedures outlined in Section 2.12.580 of this Code.
