§ 2.24.060. Interpretation and construction.

The procedure outlined above shall be construed as being in accordance with the statutes of the State of Kansas and any provision herein deemed or finally determined to be contrary to the provisions of said statutes shall be void provided that in such event the remaining provisions of this chapter shall remain in full force and effect.
