The Wichita Employees' Retirement Board
, shall prepare a schedule of deductions required to repay it for advances made and
shall, wherever practicable, allow a period of two years for repayment; provided,
however, that where the employee shall not have been covered by the Wichita Employees'
Retirement System previous to January 1, 1953, such repayment time shall be one year;
provided further, that in case of any resignation, termination of employment or death
of any employee whose retroactive social security contribution shall not then have
been repaid to the Wichita Employees' Retirement Fund, the city treasurer and the
treasurers of the two boards are authorized and directed to deduct, withhold and pay
over to the Wichita Employees' Retirement Fund the full then existing balance due
such fund regardless of the amount.
