§ 2.40.020. Retroactive contribution—Generally.

As to the retroactive contributions for the period from January 1, 1951, to the effective date of the agreement providing for Federal Social Security coverage, the city treasurer and the treasurers of the board of park commissioners and the Wichita library board are authorized and directed to deduct, withhold and pay over to the Wichita Employees' Retirement Fund such additional sums as may be necessary to repay and refund to the Wichita Employees' Retirement Fund the contribution advanced by such fund together with reasonable interest at a rate of not to exceed three percent per annum.
