§ 3.01.070. Penalties.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of Sections 3.01.010—3.01.070 shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding two thousand five hundred dollars. Each and every day of operation in violation of Sections 3.01.010—3.01.070 shall constitute a separate offense.
