§ 3.01.060. Violations.

It is unlawful for a provider to fail or refuse to pay the occupation tax imposed hereunder. In addition, it is unlawful for a provider to engage in the business of furnishing telecommunications service within the city during times that the occupation tax is unpaid and past due.
