§ 3.04.050. Penalty for nonpayment of fees.

All licenses not paid within thirty days after the date of expiration shall pay a penalty of ten percent of the amount of the license fee and ten percent of the amount of the license fee shall be added for each additional thirty days from the date of expiration.
