§ 3.12.020. Same—Fee.

  • Persons engaging in the operation of moving picture shows or theatrical productions shall pay a license fee of ten dollars for each performance or an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars. Provided, however, that on and after July 1, 1986, the fee for such license shall be two hundred dollars annually.

    Persons engaging in summer, outdoor or tent shows with a seating capacity under one thousand shall pay a license fee of fifty dollars per day or two hundred fifty dollars per week. If the seating capacity is over one thousand, such person shall pay a license fee of one hundred dollars per day or five hundred dollars per week.
