§ 3.36.100. Same—Sections 3.36.040 to 3.36.090 not applicable to certain sales.

The provisions of the foregoing sections shall not apply to auction sales by persons vacating urban renewal areas, property taken and sold under the provisions of chattel mortgages, conditional sales contracts or by warehousemen for storage liens; nor shall it apply to property sold by executors, and administrators of estates, nor to property sold by sheriffs, constables and other officials acting under an order of court, nor shall it apply to sales under the provisions of Sections 3.36.110 to 3.36.200.
