§ 3.72.330. Impersonating a private security officer.

  • Any person who shall wear a private security uniform or badge, or shall otherwise represent himself or herself to be a private security officer while such person is not duly permitted under this chapter to exercise the duties of a private security officer shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as set forth in Section 3.72.340.
