§ 3.72.340. Penalty.

Any person, who, within the corporate limits of the City of Wichita, violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply with any requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor in excess of two thousand five hundred dollars.
