§ 3.84.460. Fixed route and fixed schedule service rates of fare.

In addition to the preceding requirements, taxicabs and drivers providing fixed routes and/or fixed schedule service shall adhere to the following requirements for rates of fare:

The rate of fare shall be a flat rate, per capita based charge;

2.

The rates of fare being used shall be painted, in letters at least two inches high, on both sides of the taxicab;

3.

No extra charge is to be made for personal luggage or packages that a passenger can reasonably carry into a vehicle or for aids necessary for travel by disabled persons. In the event that a passenger's additional luggage or packages takes up the space that could be occupied by another passenger, an additional fare equal to the charge that would be made to a passenger may be made.
