§ 3.97.050. License exceptions.

Nothing in this section shall be construed to require a license for:
(a)

Any person or business which operates within the limits of interstate commerce when such license might constitute an undue burden on interstate commerce;

(b)

For any charitable organization which has existed in the city for at least six months prior to the date of application. (Ord. No. 41-137 § 5)
