§ 3.97.080. License duration, renewal.

(a)

Any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire and become null and void at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the period for which said license was issued.

(b)

Any license issued pursuant to this chapter may be renewed with payment of the appropriate fee as set forth in Section 3.97.070 herein, prior to the expiration thereof.

(c)

Any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall not include the period of time during which the annual Wichita River Festival is held. Any vendor wishing to engage in the vending of items during the Wichita River Festival should comply with the provisions of Chapter 3.14 of this Code.
