§ 3.97.090. License denial, suspension, revocation.

(a)

Licenses issuable pursuant to this chapter may be denied, suspended or revoked for any of the reasons set forth in Chapter 3.04 of this code.

(b)

Any person who has been denied a license under this Chapter shall have a right of appeal as set forth in Section 3.04.065 of this Code.
