§ 5.10.040. Penalty for violation.

Every person who is convicted of violating Section 5.10.010 or Section 5.10.030 shall be punished by confinement in the city jail for a definite term which shall be fixed by the court and shall not exceed one month, or, a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or both such confinement and fine.
