§ 5.68.270. Violation—Penalty.

Upon conviction of a violation of Sections 5.68.240 or 5.68.250, a person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine of not more than two thousand five hundred dollars or one year of imprisonment, or both such fine and imprisonment.
