§ 5.68.280. Severability.

Latest version.

If any section, subsection, or clause of the ordinance codified in Sections 5.68.230 through 5.68.280 shall be deemed to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the validity of the remaining sections, subsections, and clauses shall not be affected.
