§ 7.44.060. Inspection; requiring necessary arrangements to be made.

The director of public health shall visit, or cause to be visited by an officer of the department of public health, all places of employment or service referred to in Section 7.44.010, within the city as often as he shall deem necessary to see that the provisions of this chapter are complied with. He shall have such arrangements made as may be deemed necessary for the safety and health of the employees, pursuant to the terms of this chapter and such laws and ordinances as may be in force concerning health and sanitary measures.
