§ 9.01.010. Sale or lease subject to restriction.

The sale or lease of all real estate which is now, or which may hereafter be owned by the city, shall be subject to a restrictive covenant upon the title to such property, or contained as a restriction within the lease of said property, that such property shall not be used for the operation of a gambling facility which consists of multigame, casino-style gambling on the premises.
