§ 9.01.020. Restriction.

All conveyance of interest in real property by the city, whether by deed, lease, contract for deed or other means, shall contain a restriction which shall be in substantially the following format:
No existing building nor any building which is constructed or placed upon the property, either temporarily or permanently, shall be used for the purpose of housing the operation of any multigame, casino-style gambling on the premises.
