§ 9.29.040. Direction of traffic.

All operation of water craft in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area shall be parallel to the banks of the river, except that cross-stream traffic shall be permitted for the purpose of turning to go in the opposite direction. All power boating and water skiing activities shall be confined to the center portion of the river, to the near left and right of the river's center line, and shall be in a counter-clockwise direction. The provisions of this section shall not apply to personal watercraft while operating within the designated personal watercraft area.
