§ 9.29.050. Passing—Right-of-way.

When passing one another from opposite directions, water craft operating in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area shall move to the right of the approaching water craft. Any such water craft going in the same direction as another water craft and desiring to overtake and pass must yield the right-of-way to the slower water craft. The provisions of this section shall not apply to personal watercraft while operating within the designated personal watercraft area.
