§ 9.29.360. Lighting on power boats.

It is unlawful for any power boat of any description to operate in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area between sunset and sunrise without written permission from the city. Every duly authorized power boat operating in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area between sunset and sunrise shall operate with lighting systems which are in complete compliance with all state and federal boating rules and regulations.
