§ 9.29.370. Mufflers required.

It is unlawful for any power boat to operate in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area without a muffler, or with a muffler open, except during races authorized in writing by the city. It is unlawful for any power boat to operate in or upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area with muffler exhaust noise in excess of eighty-six decibels when measured by a decibel meter at a distance of at least ten feet from the point of exhaust.
