§ 9.29.380. Water skiing activities allowed.

Water skiing activities allowed upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area shall be confined to the areas between the Lincoln Street dam and the Kellogg Avenue overpass/bridge, between the Lewis Street bridge and the Douglas Street bridge and between the Second Street bridge and the Seneca Street bridge. Water skiing activities thereon shall be limited to not more than two persons being pulled behind a single power boat while said persons are held atop the wake by their bare feet, water skis, knee boards, ski disks or inflatable tubes or sleds manufactured for that purpose. The use of kites and parachutes for water skiing activities upon the Big Arkansas River and Bank Area is strictly prohibited unless written permission is obtained from the city.
