§ 14.08.050. Additions—Termination.

The board of city commissioners may approve the addition of any land to an industrial district formed under this chapter, if the land to be added to the industrial district is contiguous to the industrial district and meets the requirements and criteria established under this section of this chapter. No minimum acreage requirements shall apply to any addition added under this chapter.

Any time an industrial district does not meet the requirements of this section of this chapter, the board of city commissioners may terminate the industrial district.
