§ 18.40.030. Administrative authority.

The superintendent of central inspection is designated to administer and enforce this chapter. This chapter shall be applicable to all structures now in existence or hereinafter constructed or moved in the city, and all structures which become incorporated into the city because of annexation; provided that the construction of new structures and remodeling, repairing or moving of existing structures in the city shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and with the provisions of all other applicable codes and ordinances of the city.
