§ 18.40.040. Rules and regulations.

The superintendent of central inspection is authorized to make and adopt such rules and written regulations as may be necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, provided that such rules and written regulations shall not be in conflict with the provisions of this chapter. All such rules and written regulations as the superintendent of central inspection may deem necessary for proper and effective enforcement of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the approval of the council and shall be binding and effective when filed in the office of the city clerk.
