§ 2.12.1049. Same—Airport operations—Office facilities and employees.

The city shall maintain such offices, employees and safety force on behalf of the Wichita Airport Authority as is deemed appropriate for the orderly transaction and management of the business of the airports. The operations of the municipal airports shall hereafter be established as a department or division of the city under the city manager on behalf of the Wichita airport authority with such organization, functions, and duties as may be otherwise set forth by ordinance and administrative regulation.
