§ 2.12.1050. Same—Authority to contract.

The airport authority may contract with any person, firm, corporation or governmental entity for the transaction of its business and may appoint, employ and discharge such agents, consultants, employees and servants as it may deem necessary, and fix the duties and compensation of all such appointees, and require any of them to give security for the faithful performance of their duties.
