§ 7.04.030. Business, trades, etc., detrimental to health—Notice to show cause why business, etc., should not be discontinued.

It shall be the duty of the Wichita-Sedgwick County department of community health, on complaint being made, or whenever it shall deem any business, trade or profession, carried on by any person in the city, to be detrimental to the public health and environment to notify such person to show cause at the time and place specified in such notice why such business, trade or profession should not be discontinued or removed.
