§ 7.04.040. Businesses, trades, etc., detrimental to health—Service of notice.

The notice referred to in the preceding section shall not be less than three days, except that in the case of an epidemic or pestilence, the Wichita-Sedgwick County department of community health may be general order direct a shorter time, not less than twenty-four hours, and may be served by leaving the same at the place of business or residence of the person to be affected thereby.
