§ 7.04.050. Businesses, trades, etc., detrimental to health—Showing cause by affidavit; authority to order discontinuance if good cause now shown.

Cause may be shown by affidavit, under the provisions of Sections 7.04.030 and 7.04.040. If, in the opinion of the Wichita-Sedgwick County department of com-community health, no good and sufficient cause is shown why such business, trade or profession should not be discontinued or removed, the department of public health shall order the person carrying on such business, trade or profession to discontinue or remove the same within such time as the department may deem reasonable and necessary.
