§ 9.29.290. Power boating—Permit required.

The area between the Lincoln Street dam and the Seneca Street bridge is designated as a nonmotorized water craft area only, and the use of such area by power boats is prohibited except with written permission of the city, as set forth in Section 9.29.320 of this Code.
